Chapter 6: Watching ButterfliesIt's never a dull moment around here in the schoolyard. A few weeks ago I watched a bunch of children plant native plants (those that usually grow here) in the early spring. Then they grew and blossomed, and now they have lots of pretty colored flowers. And flowers are great, but not as cool as the butterflies that are visiting them. They're red and yellow and orange and black and green and blue and gray. They flutter all around, from flower to flower. Sometimes we chase them, just for the fun of it!
